I use mood for portraits, nature and street photography. Everyday. It's fun & easy to use, well designed and comes with fantastic film presets called "moods" that can be customized to one's preferences. Classic analog vibes, more grain, shallow depth of field, custom frames: mood does all that without creating photographic looks that just look nostalgic for nostalgias sake. No grandiose promises about being the ultimate best mobile camera ever. Mood is simply a great camera app that belongs on every photography enthusiasts phone. If you shoot Fuji cameras or even analog film, this is the app for you. Also: Zero ads, a convenient lifetime purchase option, tracking or prompts for upgrades. And a developer that loves his app and provides regular feature updates and improvements.

Best Photo App for me. All the Emulation look very good and make the photo natural. But I also use it to shoot in 2:1 wide-screen for my TV. It's the only app I know so far which provides a crystal clear wide-screen image for presenting landscape photos on big TVs. For this I created a preset without grain or other Emulation. That's also possible with the app.

I was super happy to get an App for my older phone simulating images from my fujifilm. I was stoked to use it. THEN, I noticed there‘s a 7-day-trial to it. After it ends I’m unable to use them anymore and asked to get yet ANOTHER subscription for $1.99/month… or pay $17.99 once for lifetime access.

What a great app. The film emulation is seriously good. Grain, halation, sharpness, contrast all feel right. One of the best apps I've ever bought. I exclusively shoot with it now. The catch is that you commit to your film upfront and can't change it afterwards. Embrace that uncertainty and it's pure pleasure to use. It brings the fun Fujifilm users have with film recipes straight to iPhone. Want Cinestill 800T? Find a recipe on Instagram and dial it in yourself. Such a joy.

The pictures you can take with this app are simply incredible. The film emulations are super tastes fully done and there are loads of new presets to be found made by the community. Absolutely Stella experience that has mostly replaced my stock camera app. I understand the autistic choices of the creator the user to preview the picture he is going to take in the view finder I however find myself switching between presets a lot to finally to get the shot I want an option to change this would be appreciated but I do understand this is not where we are going with this app. The interface UI/UX are top-notch as well. all in all a Stella app producing incredibly tasteful results in an incredibly tasteful package with just very slight convenience features missing.
