Really good made and it can import lots of other 2FAs and secure E2E.

Hat alle Funktionen. Musste von Authy wechseln weil die Desktop Version eingestampt wurde. Da habe ich gemerkt dass Exportieren mit Authy nicht moeglicb ist. Auch Backups der Keys nicht. Ente hats aber. Ein Grund mehr zum Wechseln

Hello all, I was delighted to find Ente Auth, an OTP generator that lets you view and edit the seeds and the account details (something Google Authenticator doesn‘t). However, I found a bug: When I import from Google Authenticator via QR code, and it takes more than one QR code (e.g.m because of many accounts), Ente Auth is unable to save (endless progress symbol) and the import has to be canceled. If I reduce the number of accounts to export so one QR code suffices, all is well. Suggestion: Update Ente Auth to cope with multiple QR codes - or (probably a nice interim quick fix 😊) tell users that Ente Auth can import only one QR code per import step, so they may need to narrow down the account number exported by Google Authenticator.

This open-source Auth App has a great UI/UX and is secure. It offers desktop sync and several backup/export options. I also love the explanations and documentation, as well as the option to host your own server.

By far the best 2FA app. Free, Open Source, works on all platforms, modern, convenient and you are not „locked in“ - you can always display the original QR Code used to activate 2FA and switch to a different App. This is really THE best 2FA app, and I tried all of them. Huge Thanks to the developers from Ente to give this to the Community for free! Unbelievable value.

Ich habe viele ausprobiert. Letztlich bin ich zu Ente Auth gekommen. Tolle Optik. Einzig eine Apple Watch Funktion fehlt noch.
